Hostmonster is one of the web hosting companies we use for our websites and have had no problems. They have PHP and MySql as well as Ruby on Rails support. They offer shared hosting with Unlimited hosting space and bandwidth.

I have been using this host for a week and so far it has been good with no problems. The help desk was actually helpful and when they called me to verify my account, the customer support was friendly. My website loads faster compared with my last host and cPanel is good with all the features I need. Good first impression.

I’ve been a Host Monster customer since June 2007 and have had a great experience. I needed a little help at the start and had some questions but I’ve just filled out a ticket and usually they answer pretty quickly (a few hours). I like being able to pay yearly and the hosting panel is user friendly.

The site is overly complicated use. The tech support is good when you get through, but it usually means a long wait time because of a lot of people ahead of you.

Don’t go with them. I haven’t been able to get real solutions from the chat customer support and when I open a ticket they seem to take forever to get back to me. They don’t seem to understand my problems especially with my email. They told me to delete all my accounts (more than 400) and start again which isn’t really an option. When I said this they then said, well you should open a ticket. Not satisfied with their support.
